    We offer:

    • Services: Car removal, cash for cars, vehicle disposal, scrap car recycling, and unwanted vehicle towing.

    Service descriptions and quotes provided on our website or over the phone are for general guidance. While we take care to ensure accuracy, final quotes and offers are subject to in-person inspection of the vehicle.

    3. Quotes and Pricing

    • All prices and quotes are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    • Quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information provided by you. We reserve the right to adjust the final offer upon visual inspection if the vehicle's condition differs from the description.
    • We reserve the right to withdraw or change quotes at any time prior to the completion of the transaction.

    4. Vehicle Ownership and Acceptance

    When you sell a vehicle to us:

    • You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to sell and dispose of it.
    • You must provide valid photo identification (such as a Driver's Licence) at the time of pickup.
    • You must ensure the vehicle is free of any finance, debt, or encumbrance, unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon prior to pickup.
    • We reserve the right to reject any vehicle at our discretion, including for reasons such as misrepresentation of condition or failure to prove ownership.

    5. Payment

    • Payments are made on the spot via Cash at the time of vehicle pickup.
    • Payment is strictly subject to the completion of all necessary paperwork and verification of ownership.

    6. Pickup and Removal

    • We offer free car removal services within our designated service areas (Tablelands, Cairns, and Far North Queensland).
    • Estimated pickup times are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure our tow trucks have safe and clear access to the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse removal if access is deemed unsafe or impossible.

    7. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

    Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

    Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website — including text, images, logos, descriptions, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
